Max Henry Larson is the CEO of Transversal. Transversal is one of the leading ICT company in Haiti specialize in ICT training, Wireless Network deployment and Mobile money application development on android platform (www.merchantpro.co

Max has been providing consultation to Inveneo and various Internet service providers, responsible for the deployment of Wireless Network in rural Area in Haiti using cheap 802.11 Wireless equipments. Max was the Technical Director at Multilink a Haitian ISP helping to set up one of the first WiMax Network in the Caribbean. He was an ICT consultant at the office of the Minister of Public Works, Transport and Communication. He is also working for the State University of Haiti teaching Networking, managing the Haitian ccTLD, .ht and the Haitian Internet eXchange Point.

Max has been very active in the LAC Internet community serving since two years as LACNIC co-chair of the public policy forum. He has lectured in the past at LACNIC, NANOG, IGF and Internet2… A founding member of AHTIC (Association Haïtienne pour le développement des technologies de l'Information et de la Communication), Max holds a MSc. in Database and System integration from CERAM(Centre European de Recherche en Appliquée au Management) (now SKEMA) in France and a BSc in Electronic Engineering from the Faculty of Sciences of the State University of Haiti.
