The Foundation Escuela Latinoamericana de Redes, EsLaRed, coordinator institution, in conjunction with LACNIC, ISOC, ICA, UNESCO and other sponsor organizations of the Workshops about Technologies of Internet Nets for Latin America and the Caribbean (WALC), announce the opening of the contest to host the events corresponding to 2007 and 2008.

The deadlines to submit nominations to host the meetings are February 28, 2007 for WALC2007 and October 31, 2007 for WALC 2008.
