The WGIG Report was presented in Geneva on 18 July at a meeting open to all stakeholders. The Report of the Working Group on Internet Governance was previously transmitted on 14 July by United Nations Secretary-General Kofi A. Annan to the President of the Preparatory Committee of the World Summit on the Information Society, Ambassador Janis Karklins, and the WSIS Secretary-General, Mr Yoshio Utsumi.
