LACNIC announces that the third edition of the Outstanding Achievement Award (2011) has been presented to Mr. Florencio Utreras from Chile, Executive Director of CLARA, the Latin American Advanced Networks Cooperation.

The Outstanding Achievement Award is a LACNIC initiative that aims at honoring and rewarding those individuals who have made significant contributions to the development of the Internet and the Information Society in the region of Latin America and the Caribbean.
