LACNIC is pleased to announce the election of Sebastián Bellagamba as the representative of the LACNIC region to the ASO Address Council/NRO Number Council. The election was held on May 27, 2009, during the LACNIC XII meeting in the city of Panama, Panama.

Sebastián was reelected to occupy a seat in the Address Council from January 1, 2010 until December 31, 2012.
